  • All operatives and projects are covered under our comprehensive HISCOX Business Insurance policy.

  • All work carried out adheres to material specifications and application requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.

  • Clients can request copies of our insurance certificates at any time.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • Payment structures are tailored to each project, with details outlined in the Deposits and Payments section of our website.

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable unless White Ladder Homes is unable to fulfill contractual obligations.

  • Payments due for refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • No unexpected payments will ever be requested outside of the agreed payment structure.

5. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • If a client disputes a payment or service issue, White Ladder Homes will conduct a full review.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached directly, the dispute will be referred to our Customer Complaint Procedure for full resolution.

  • All complaints are handled confidentially by the Managing Director and senior team members.

  • We maintain electronic tracking of all complaints through our website CRM system to ensure timely resolution.

  • All work is carried out by trained and certified professionals who hold the necessary qualifications and accreditations.
